About Jen

Jen Tucholski started her career in journalism working as a broadcast associate at CBS News where she contributed to stories for the CBS Evening News, 60 Minutes, CBS This Morning, and CBS News Sunday Morning. She later earned a Master of Science degree in Journalism from Columbia University in the City of New York.

With a strong passion for storytelling and a broad-based understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape, Jen entered the public relations profession at Weber Shandwick—one of the world’s leading public relations firms. There, she delivered measurable results for individuals, a range of businesses including Microsoft, and several nonprofits.

She later returned to CBS News on the communications side of the organization, heading up promotion for 48 Hours, the CBS Evening News, and CBS News Sunday Morning. Jen was also the point person for internal communications between the news division team and CBS Corporate.

Skilled in corporate communications, media relations, and issues and crisis management, she was hired by business and civic leader, Jonathan Tisch, as Vice President of Communications for Walnut Hill Media, LLC. Mr. Tisch, Co-Chairman of the Board of Loews Corporation and Executive Chairman of its subsidiary Loews Hotels & Co., and a Co-Owner of the New York Football Giants, founded Walnut Hill Media as a separate, privately held company with the goal of creating original content and making investments in a variety of media opportunities. At the company, Jen performed multiple roles of public relations specialist, writer, researcher, and associate producer on the Emmy-nominated show, Beyond the Boardroom with Jonathan Tisch.

Jen later entered the higher education sector at the second largest Catholic university in the country, St. John’s University, where she was Director of Media Relations, overseeing the flow of all communications between the institution and local and national media. Jen also graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children.
